I create a custom website design based on factors such as industry, brand, competition, budget, and deadline. I hand-design everything from scratch, giving me complete control over every element, content, style, graphics, animation, and section.

I establish design briefs via email or phone.

After determining the scope of work, I create a flowchart of the stages of each website element/function, along with project deadlines. I do not store personal data and do not share information submitted to me. If necessary, we can sign a confidentiality agreement.

I do not: create content for the client, arrange changes with employees, review translated content, or proofread content.

For meetings, I travel to Warsaw.

I analyze and recommend hosting solutions for your business: I help you choose the best server for mailboxes, websites, stores, and services. I transfer websites, mailboxes, and domains between hosting providers. I assign domains to the same hosting account, giving the client full ownership and management rights. I create domain masking and redirection for multiple domains to the target website.

I recommend dhosting, where the server is priced at PLN 399 net per year (PLN 200 net for the first year).

All agreed-upon amounts are net. The client is responsible for the costs of obtaining the work. I can issue invoices.

I begin each project with a deposit. After determining the scope of work and deadlines, I issue an invoice for the contract for specific work for a deposit of 1/4-1/5 of the project budget. The remaining payments depend on the timeframe for completion – recurring, staged, or final payments.

After settling the last invoice, I send access to the panel.

For intrusions, viruses, backup restoration, or password resets, please contact us by email. Priority for problem resolution is determined based on individual agreements. Contracts with long-term partnerships receive priority.

I offer technical support after the website is delivered. For standard websites, the final quote includes assistance with minor changes (up to 8 hours of work per year). I also offer paid support, for which I have a form for easy problem reporting.

For more demanding clients, I offer ongoing collaboration based on the number of websites, stores, or services. This includes creating manuals, accounts, backups, updates, adding subpages, products, and posts, adding photos, videos, and materials, scanning files for errors and viruses, assistance and support in better understanding the world of IT, domain registration, setting up and configuring mailboxes, and resetting access and passwords. I do not read minds – I require specific instructions, communication, and cooperation.
I do not go back in time – deadlines are set before, not during, the project.

I do not store or share passwords or personal data.

I offer a loyalty program for those who recommend my services. For websites, 5-10%, and for stores and services, 5%. Please contact me in advance to confirm your referral. The program is implemented after the order is completed and settled.
